NYC life

Not too long ago when I was talking to one of my uncles in DR I noticed how things were changing in my life now that I am 25 years old. I feel more mature and with more responsibility. Now something tells me I shouldn't be influenced by anyone that wants to take me off my purpose. And that purpose I keep to my self...

I've been living in NYC since I was 5 years old. Those that are born outside of USA and been living here are like hybrids. Like we want to have a good life in US and in our country. Which is more difficult and takes more work.

NYC is one of a kind. After living in Manhattan for more than a decade it is not surprising to hear complain someone of the stress level of this place. And about how antisocial most people are. Its sad to hear visitors say: Oh, USA is a place for crazy people! The thing is they have only seen NY! Of course! Who wouldn't. Furthermore, I've spoken to people who travel a lot and they have told me NYC is the only place in USA who is so stressed and with a ton of crazy people with their problems on their faces. You can noticed that in the trains and when walking in the neighborhood. God have mercy for them... And those who don't know the real new yorker get the wrong idea of what's going on. The system is what's going on....

Follow the three C's: DON'T CRITICIZE, DON'T CONDEMN, AND DON'T COMPLAIN. And people will get a better perception of you.
